BattleBlock Theater is a cooperative platformer in which you play as one of many prisoners held captive in a theater run by cats. The evil felines have forced the prisoners to perform in deadly plays, and it’s up to you and your friends to escape. The game features over 300 levels, and you can play with up to four players online or locally.

Gameplay

In Puzzle adventure game, your goal is to guide your character, as they traverse through a series of levels filled with deadly traps and obstacles, in order to escape and reach the end. The game is controlled using the keyboard, with various buttons and keys performing different actions.

The amount of controls can be a little daunting at first, but the game does a good job of easing you in, and before long you'll be jumping, swinging, and dodging your way through the levels with ease. There are a few sections where quick reflexes and precision are key, but for the most part, the controls are relatively simple and straightforward.

Graphics

The graphics in the game are colorful and well-designed, and manage to create a whimsical and fun atmosphere, despite the dark and deadly traps that await you throughout the game. The character designs are also cute and appealing, and the levels are varied and interesting to look at.
